Philip B Maudsley, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 28.0p pence per share. Following this transaction, Philip Maudsley's total shareholding in the Company is 1,218,634 shares, representing 0.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
