DIRECTOR DEALINGS: Kromek Group Executives Buy GBP21,000 Shares
LONDON (Alliance News) - Radiation detection technology company Kromek Group PLC said on Tuesday that its Chief Financial Officer Derek Bulmer and Non-Executive Director Lawrence Kinet had bought shares worth GBP20,550 in the company over the last week.
Bulmer, chief financial officer since 2010, bought 36,066 shares at 24.4 pence each on Monday, equivalent to a total consideration of GBP8,800.
Kinet bought 50,000 shares at a price of 23.5 pence each on Wednesday, equivalent to a total consideration of GBP11,750.
Kinet has been a non-executive at the company since 2013 having served as chairman in 2015 and previously served as president and group managing director of Smiths Medical, a subsidiary of Smiths Group PLC, between 2000 and 2005.
Shares in Kromek were up 4.1% at 25.50 pence on Tuesday.
