Murray Income Trust Appoints Former Nestle Executive Tait To Board
LONDON (Alliance News) - Murray Income Trust PLC said Tuesday it has appointed Peter Tait as an independent non-executive director effective immediately.
The appointment comes a day after Chairman Neil Honebon retired from the board at the company's annual general meeting held Monday.
Tait recently retired from Nestle Group, where he was initially head of investments for the company's UK Pension Fund, and then chief executive and chief information officer of Nestle's Capital Management arm, MIT noted.
Shares in Murray Income Trust were up 0.1% at the open Monday at 794.03 pence.
