Can Taylor Wimpey's rise go on?

The market is reacting well to the Interim Management Statement from this mainly UK housebuilder (also US and Spain/Gilbrator) for the 1 July to 4 November period.
Management says its performance has remained encouraging, it did not experience the usual industry seasonal slowdown over the summer and sales rates have remained solid into the autumn.
Operationally, it looks as if management is taking the right steps for the current situation, but how sustainable is it?
And what does this imply for the Mid 250 shares (TW-), up 3p this morning to test the 40p level?
