Pelotas, the name change is as a result of the reverse takeover of Encore which is why the shares were suspended for so long. The recent rise is an adjustment in the market to news of the takeover....

There are safeguards to prevent the institutions from selling the new shares for over a year. However, I would expect institutions to want to take profits on the old shares that they hold. It seems to me that, as the price has doubled since the suspension of shares was lifted, news of the takeover has now been fully accounted for....
