Yes all speculation on my part Sool, but with the track record here you just don't know what can happen. Just talking out loud, as regards to the trading statement that's basicly what I was getting at with one of the points ie Tanfield holding up the statement to add in a snippet in regards to Smiths. But like you say 'why should they, they are an AWP company'....

It's now been three months since the IPO announcement and there has been no S1/A filed, the SEC don't take that long to review an S1 so the hold up must be on Smiths side. So why are Smiths holding it back?,a road show is 2 weeks long with the listing straight after, but they've not even started that yet....
