	Guys, I don't have any inside info, so please DYOR, but I was very surprised at the 4/2 announcement re Park Designs as it's a small beer facility - surely nothing to make an anouncement about or to hang your hat on? I remain negative on DAV but am not a holder. I think the banks supported whilst trying to get the facilities down to a level where they think they'll get out reasonably whole and that the business is therefore dependent upon sale for survival i.e. I don't think the banks will renew and therefore sale or insolvency will ensue. Whether the sale is restricted to the receivables finance part or the whole thing remains to be seen, but I'm sure the company want to sell everything and leave the buyer to decide what to do with the component parts. It's very hard to know what that means for the SP and whether you should take the curent price rather than risk losing even what your holding is worth today. Whatever you decide, good luck. 	I have been in the very same boat myself. I am going to stick with it and hang on, but my holding was relatively small to start with and as such, the risks are not that great for me. 	I have been trying to decide whether to crystallise a loss on this one. The share price, Review wrt to reducing debts (fire sale?), renegotiation of debt + banks (I thought it was agreed but at a higher rate & worse terms?)CEO resignation & my instinct says take something while you can. High risk -all or nothing reward but on http://www.davenham.co.uk I saw this 4 Feb http://www.davenham.co.uk/press/Furniture_company_release.pdf “Davenham is in a strong position to continue financing small to medium-sized enterprises such as Park Designs where mainstream lending is not the best option. “As the economy begins to recover from an unprecedented 24 months, Davenham has seen a notable increase in enquiries for our services and we are in an excellent position to be able to assist in putting together a complete working capital package" It may be bluff & blunder - but that does not strike me as a co in trouble?
