Distribution of dividend
London, UK | 19 November, 2009: F.T.S. - Formula Telecom Solutions Ltd. (LSE: FTS), a leading provider of integrated billing and CRM software solutions to the global telecommunications industry, today announces that the Board has decided to pay a dividend of 8.00p per share before withholding tax of 20% (net dividend of 6.40p). The ex-dividend date will be the 25th of November, 2009 and record date 27th of November, 2009. The payment date will be the 23rd of December, 2009.
