As a consequence, the Company will now proceed with the placing of 35,000,000 new ordinary shares and the issue of a further 22,813,333 new ordinary shares in relation to the conversion of the convertible loan notes and capitalisation of outstanding fees. Application will be made for the 57,813,333 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with admission expected on 23 December 2011. Following the issue of the new ordinary shares the Company will have 93,164,834 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue.
