AGM Statement

i-design, the leading developer and supplier of ATM and self-service marketing solutions for the banking industry  enabling banks and ATM owners to run both their own targeted marketing campaigns and third party advertising, will be holding its Annual General Meeting today.  At the meeting, Chairman, James Faulds, will provide the following update on trading.

 "Trading in the first three months of the new financial year to 30 September 2012 is in line with management expectations, with software sales showing a strong performance. As previously announced, in November 2011, we secured our first contract with a Canadian bank through our channel partner IBM, which establishes i-design in a new territory. We are optimistic of further new contracts for our customer engagement software, joono, over the remainder of the financial year. 

We believe that growth opportunities for the Group remain significant and i-design is well positioned to continue to enlarge its banking customer base as well as expand revenues from third party advertising sales."
