("Lagan Capital" or the "Company")

SHARE TRADING SUSPENSION                    

Lagan Capital announces that it will be unable to release the Company's final accounts for the year ended 30 June 2010 by the date required under the AIM rules, being 31 December 2011.

The primary reason for this is has been delays encountered gathering information related to and from the Polish operating subsidiary of Evolving Outsourcing Limited, an Irish company, in which Lagan Capital has a significant investment.

Trading in the Company's shares will be suspended, pending the release of the final accounts. The directors expect that the final accounts will be released by the end of January 2012.
