Reduction of Capital Application

Morse plc ("Morse"), the IT services and technology company, announces that, further to the announcements released on 9 September 2009 and 21 September 2009, the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) has approved its reduction of capital application.

An order of the High Court of Justice (Chancery Division) dated 17 November 2009 confirming the reduction of Morse's share premium account by £47,882,000 was registered by the Registrar of Companies on 20 November 2009.
