Minorplanet announces that it has today issued and allotted 134,529 new Ordinary Shares to the following Directors at 30p per new Ordinary Share in lieu of debts (comprising accrued fees/salaries and/or benefits) owing to them. In addition, the Company has issued 28,000 new Ordinary Shares to creditors at 30p per new Ordinary Share in lieu of debts outstanding.

Admission of the new Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 25 September 2009.

Minorplanet announced on 1 September 2009 that it had completed a refinancing of the Company by way of a placing and open offer, all to be preceded by a share consolidation (together referred to as the "Refinancing").
