The Company continues to seek a solution for which it has set a short timescale. In the meantime the Company has not been in receipt of any formal steps on behalf of D. 	I took a total 50/50 gamble on this one, didnt research just read a post on another bb mentioning this share and what could or couldnt happen, like you mentioned movin on up, it could have been a serious multi bagger had they sorted out their finances. still i was prepared to risk it. you win some you loose some! there is still the faintest glimmer of hope i guess!! 	Ouch! That hurts Administration: "The role of an administrator is to get the company out of trouble and trading again if possible. Administrators can be appointed to a company that is unable, or is likely to become unable, to pay its debts. An administrator's primary goal is to rescue the company as a going concern. If this isn't possible, the administrator will try to get a better result for the creditors than would be possible if the company was wound up. If neither of these is possible, the administrator will sell the company's property to make at least a partial payment to one or more secured or preferential creditors, such as employees or the bank." - I am, mentally at this point, writing off my investment here, but keeping an eye on the progress of the administrators. We can't sell the shares anyway, so we have no choice but to sit back and watch what plays out. It was always a very very risky share to be in, but I am not resentful. Like all that bought in, you hopefully did you research and knew this was going one of two ways. It so happens that the way it's gone is not in our favour. It could have been a serious mutli-bagger, and could have easily gone the other way imho. Hey ho. S*it happens. "It ain't over 'til the fat lady sings". I hold out in the small chance that NDP can continue trading as a going concern. I just need one of my other investments to shoot up today to take away the pain.
