Well, not everything is looking rosy. Future interest rate rises will punish this business badly. They remain heavily geared.
I do agree that a thin market will accentuate rises and falls, but it will be extremely difficult for the small trader to take advantage of such movements.
With today's rise, tt would appear that you are one such trader, or perhaps you have got lucky. Who knows?

Everything is looking positive at this stage... the sp has remained very stable around this level for the last 6months and finally the commercial property market has started to pick up! With NAV so much more than current market cap there is huge upside here...
