VISLINK announces global partnership with

Fujitsu Frontech Media Solutions

Vislink plc, the global technology business specialising in secure communications for the news & entertainment, law enforcement & public safety, marine & energy and the related services markets, today announces that it has entered into a global partnership with Fujitsu Frontech Media Solutions, part of the Fujitsu Group.

The partnership will allow Vislink to integrate Fujitsu's market-leading technology into the Advent, Link and MRC systems for the transmission of high definition broadcast images by satellite, by terrestrial radio links or by IP connectivity. Fujitsu's strength in video compression combines naturally with Vislink's advanced modulation technologies and lightweight, compact electronics packages. Vislink will promote the integrated technology globally via its regional bases in the UK, USA, Dubai, South Africa and Singapore, and through its strong worldwide reseller network.

The agreement will enable Vislink to supply three ranges of Fujitsu high definition H.264 encoding and decoding systems into these important and growing markets.

Vislink plc ("the Company")

Vislink plc, ("the Company"), the leading supplier of microwave radio and satellite transmission products for the broadcast and security markets and CCTV systems for the marine security market, announces that the Vislink PLC UK Employee Benefit Trust has purchased 16,702 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence ("Ordinary shares") in the Company at an average price of 24.0 pence per share on 26 February 2010. The Trustee holds the shares as Nominee for the participants of the Vislink plc Share Investment Plan ("the Plan").

As a result the following director of the Company has the following additional interests as a result of his personal participation in the Plan:-

Vislink announces key contract wins

Vislink plc ("The Group"), the global technology business specialising in secure communications for the news & entertainment, law enforcement & public safety, marine & energy and the related services markets, has today announced that its News and Entertainment business unit has recently won a contract with an aggregate value of US$4.0 million (£2.5 million) for the replacement and upgrade of the Alabama Public Television (APTV) microwave network. Vislink will deliver a full turnkey installation utilising Vislink Services, its professional services business unit, for project management and engineering.

In addition, VISLINK Law Enforcement & Public Safety (LE&PS) received a follow-on order to provide wireless surveillance equipment to the US Department of Defence (DoD) valued at US$0.7 million (£0.4 million) for microwave video surveillance equipment. This order is the third instalment in a series of orders that will help support the DoD wireless surveillance activities.
