Board Change

The Company announces that Kim Berknov has resigned from the Board with immediate effect. Kim will be leaving the Company to pursue his other business interests.

Vyke has, under the leadership of Kim Berknov, reduced the cost base significantly and refocused its on-line value proposition for both the private and corporate uses globally. It also launched three new strategic alliances to expand and migrate sales globally.

Vyke is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Turner as group international sales director, a non-board appointment. Jonathan will take over responsibility for sales from Kim.
