it seens morale among the sales force is at a all time low, speaking to a sales exec from leeds renault who has been lucky that he has found another position informed me all the sales exec were giving a dressing down on a saturday for over an hour were they were all called useless individuals and worse, wonderfull for morale, customers who had made the mistake from buying from this shower as customer service is zero were kept waiting till the roasting of the sales staff was concluded, i feel that this is typical across the group, answer me this Mr Finn on of you core valus was "we recognise the contribution of each individual to the success of our business'' paying £35 commision to sales execs is hardly recognision, bullying of staff is not recognising the individuals...get out of Loxley go round your dealerships give complete amnesty to any one who is brave enough to stand up against these tactics, from your regionals and dealer principles, and do what you did in the early days, empowerment to the team members, maybe then you will turn back the tide if not the most logical thing to do is resign and let some one else stear the ship to calmer waters
