I'm "may also interested" in Alba(basically because of Thule),
but -in terms of structuring- for me looks like a pretty "mixed" thing so far.
But at the end you need a potential MAKER.
That's whats all about, in development companies.
If you/one don't think they (potentially) have -away in the garbage ton that thing!
Otherwise you "have to look"(and structure!!)
The "market" is full of sharks. If you don't do it -others do!!
For me -in a FIRST step- it's about: DO I think they -may- have such a (maker)thing?
Which I'm not sure so far.
2nd. Which I want to know is their setted PRIORITIES, within their (project)portfolio.
These priotities should make sense; in a wider development context; but I don't know them so far.
appears to be the only alba activity,investors like to see cash earnings.until they stop buying and start creating a income i can not see much investor interest.been quite a few years now stuck at paper value.imho
