Angel Biotechnology Holdings plc (the "Company")

Exercise of warrants

The Company announces that application has been made for the admission to trading on AIM of 2,142,857 ordinary shares of 0.1p nominal value ("Ordinary Shares") with admission expected to take place on 23 October 2009.

The shares have been issued following the exercise of warrants at a price of 0.175p per share.

Following the issue of these shares, the Company will have 1,446,302,008 Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.
