Appointment of Joint Broker

AFC Energy plc, the developer of low cost alkaline fuel cells, is pleased to announce the appointment of Allenby Capital Limited as joint broker to the Company with immediate effect. Astaire Securities remains the Company's nominated adviser and broker to the Company.
