In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 we would like to notify the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 44,630,621 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.

Alternative Networks plc holds 1,000,000 shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Alternative Networks plc is 43,630,621.
