Appointment of Altium as Nominated Adviser and Broker

Following the completion of the mandatory Rule 9 offer by Aspen Finance Limited, the Artisan Board is currently undertaking a review of its existing operations to assess the opportunities for growth.

As part of this review, the Board is please to announce that with immediate effect, Altium Capital Limited has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Broker.

The Board would like to thank Brewin Dolphin for their work and support over recent years and look forward to working with Altium as we take the Company forward.
