The Company was informed on the 21 July 2009 that Jacques Gaston Murray, a Director of the Company, had on that day transferred 17,243 ordinary 1p shares ('Ordinary Shares') for no consideration to a third party.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Jacques Gaston Murray now has an interest in 1,292,913 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 2.92% of the issued share capital.
