TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO STOCK EXCHANGE APPROVES SECONDARY LISTING OF ORDINARY SHARES OF BCB HOLDINGS LIMITED

Belize City, Belize, October 9, 2009 - BCB Holdings Limited ("BCB Holdings" or the "Company") announced today that the Board of Directors of the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange ("TTSE") has approved the listing of the Company's 103,642,984 ordinary shares of no par value each (the "Shares"). The listing of the Shares and trading on the TTSE is expected to take place by the end of October 2009.
