Spanish stocks - Factors to watch on Tuesday

MADRID, Nov 3 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

SANTANDER


Spain's largest bank is to bid for the small and medium-sized business unit of the UK-based bank RBS, a move which would boost the bank's business banking side in the country, Expansion reported, without citing sources.

GAS NATURAL


Private equity firm CVC is among four to six bidders for assets which the power firm hopes to sell for 1.5 billion euros before year-end, La Vanguardia reported, without naming sources.


ENDESA; ENEL
Enel's Spanish power unit is expected to report nine-months net profit ahead of the opening followed by a conference call with analysts at 0900 GMT.

INDITEX


Spain's official credit institute publishes consumer confidence figures for October at the market's opening.
