NO INTENTION TO MAKE AN OFFER FOR NEXT FIFTEEN COMMUNICATIONS GROUP PLC ("NEXT FIFTEEN")

On 11 May 2009 Chime Communications plc ("Chime") announced a possible offer for Next Fifteen under Rule 2.4 of The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Code").

Discussions with Next Fifteen have now been terminated and Chime confirms that it has no current intention to make an offer for Next Fifteen.

Chime reserves the right to acquire Next Fifteen shares, subject to and in accordance with the Code and other applicable regulations. For the purposes of Rule 2.8 of the Code, Chime reserves the right to make or participate in an offer for Next Fifteen (and/or take any other actions which would otherwise be restricted under Rule 2.8 of the Code) within the next six months following the date of this announcement subject to the agreement or recommendation of the Board of Next Fifteen.
