DEHLSEN HAS BEEN GRANTED AN OPTION TO ACQUIRE 10,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY OF 10P EACH; ONE EQUITY PARTNERS HAS BEEN GRANTED TWO INDIVIDUAL OPTIONS TO ACQUIRE 10,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY OF 10P EACH; AND SIDNEY TASSIN HAS BEEN GRANTED AN OPTION TO ACQUIRE 10,000 NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN THE COMPANY OF 10P EACH. The share option grant is pursuant to the rules of the Company's 2005 Unapproved Executive Share Option Plan. The share purchase price is based upon the 1 October 2009 mid-market closing price of £1.795 per share. Options to acquire 5,000 shares vest and are exercisable on 1 October 2009 and on 1 October 2010. These options expire on 1 October 2019.
