Davenham Group PLC, a leading independent asset based lender to the UK SME sector, will be announcing its preliminary results for the financial year ended 30 June 2009 on Tuesday, 29 September 2009. This is a change from the date previously announced in the Year End Trading Update released on 24 July 2009 (RNS number 2072W).

An analyst meeting will be held on the morning of the results at the offices of Smithfield.
