DQ Entertainment plc (AIM: DQE), the animation, gaming and entertainment production and distribution group, further to its announcement on September 24, 2009, is pleased to announce the filing of the Draft Red Herring Prospectus ("DRHP") on September 30, 2009, with the Securities Exchange Board of India ("SEBI") in connection with the proposed public offering of shares of DQE India for raising funds to meet its growth plans.
