In conformity with the Transparency Directive First Artist Corporation plc (AIM:FAN) notifies the market of the following:

The Company's issued share capital consists of 29,921,771 ordinary shares of 2.5p each which entitle the holder to one vote per share. It does not hold any of its own shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 29,921,771.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
