ISSUE OF EQUITY

F&C Commercial Property Trust Limited (the "Company") announces that, in connection with the recommended share for share exchange offer, the Company has allotted and issued, conditional only on admission to listing on the UKLA's Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange, a further 734,172 Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company. It is expected that the new shares will be admitted to listing and to trading at 8.00 am on 30 October 2009. Following this issue, the Company will have 670,869,047 Ordinary Shares in issue.
