Result of General Meeting

The Directors of Formation confirm that at the Company's general meeting, held earlier today, the Resolutions in relation to the Disposal and the Buyback (as defined in the Circular sent to shareholders on 30 July 2009) were duly approved.

Following the approval of the Resolutions, the Company expects that completion of the sale of its operations in the areas of talent management, sports representation, accountancy, taxation and sports corporate finance will happen shortly. The Company will continue to focus upon its property management and IFA businesses.
