Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it has issued 166,667 new ordinary shares of 1p each to an employee in respect of a bonus payment.

The new issued shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Ordinary Shares in issue. Admission to trading on AIM of the 166,667 new ordinary shares is expected to occur, and dealings to commence, at 8.00 am on 29 July 2009. Following this issue of equity, the issued share capital of the Company is 71,022,208 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company.
