INTANDEM FILMS PLC

Intandem Films plc (the "Company") issues the following update on its trading and working capital position:

In the Company's preliminary results issued in December 2008, the directors highlighted the constrained working capital position, and the fact that some of their fees and salaries had therefore been deferred on a temporary basis. The Company continues to experience constrained working capital but has cut its overhead costs further in order to be able to operate within these limits.

This working capital situation has arisen mainly as a result of delays in the Company's planned slate of films commencing production; to date, only one of the planned films has commenced production.

However, the directors have reached agreement in principle for the financing of one major film and are currently in negotiations for the financing of at least three other films.

In addition to generating cash from its films, the Company is in negotiations with various parties to provide it with additional working capital to meet its immediate needs. The Company will provide further information as those negotiations progress.
