Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Mr. Eric Chan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, notified the Company on 14 October 2009 of his purchase of 10,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of

63.875 pence per Ordinary Share on 14 October 2009.

As a result of these purchases, Mr. Chan's beneficial holding in the Company totals 10,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.013% of the Company's current issued share capital.
