Director's Dealing

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Mr. Eric Chan, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, notified the Company on 28 October 2009 of his purchase of 20,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 62.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 26 October 2009, and 30,000 shares at a price of 65.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 October 2009.

As a result of these purchases, Mr. Chan's beneficial holding in the Company totals 60,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08% of the Company's current issued share capital.
