Director's Dealing

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Mr. Raymond Wong, an Executive Director of the Company, notified the Company on 2 November 2009 of his purchase of 30,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 64.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 30 October 2009.

As a result of these purchases, Mr. Wong's beneficial holding in the Company totals 80,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.108% of the Company's current issued share capital.
