Director's Dealing

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17, Ms. Alina Xu, Chief Operating Officer of the Company, notified the Company on 3 November 2009 of her purchase of 23,000 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 63.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 2 November 2009, and 77,000 shares at a price of 63.0 pence per Ordinary Share on 3 November 2009.

As a result of these purchases, Ms. Xu's beneficial holding in the Company totals 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.13% of the Company's current issued share capital.
