Acquisition of Shares by Directors

Johnson Service Group plc announces that the Company's Chairman, Simon Sherrard, interim Chief Executive Officer, John Talbot, Finance Director, Yvonne Monaghan, and the Company's Non-Executive Directors, Michael Gatenby, Michael Del Mar and Baroness Wilcox have yesterday acquired a total of 983,552 shares in the Company.

As a result of the above transactions, Mr Sherrard's, Mr Talbot's, Mrs Monaghan's, Mr Gatenby's, Mr Del Mar's and Baroness Wilcox's overall shareholdings in the Company have increased, as follows:
