The Company was notified on 3 August 2009 that, pursuant to the Placing announced on 8 July 2009, David Newton subscribed for 90,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.1p per share.

Following this transaction David Newton holds a total of 90,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 18.177 per cent. of the issued share capital.
