PRESS RELEASE 6 October, 2009 Orsu Metals Corporation Holding(s) in Company _________________________________________________________________________ _____________________ Orsu Metals Corporation ("Orsu", or the "Company") (TSX: OSU, AIM: OSU), the London-based precious and base metals mining, production, exploration and development company, announces that on 5 October 2009 it received a notification by Charlemagne Capital (IOM) Limited, that on behalf of managed funds, as at 2 October 2009 Charlemagne is interested in 71,039,214 or 15.55% of the Ordinary Shares of no par value of the Company. Previously Charlemagne Capital Limited was interested in 72,188,214 Ordinary Shares or 15.80% of the total number of shares in issue.
