As set out in the annual results for the year ended 31 March 2009 and announced on 30 September 2009, each of the issued and unissued ordinary share capital of 0.1p has been subdivided into one ordinary share of 0.01p and one deferred share of 0.09p each. An application is being submitted to AIM in respect of the ordinary shares. The total number of ordinary shares in issue remains unaltered at 1,274,750,899 ordinary shares.
