Transfer of Treasury Shares

Reckitt Benckiser Group plc ("the Company") announces that, on 28 October 2009, the following ordinary shares (15,350) have been transferred from treasury shares for the purpose of satisfying exercises under the Reckitt Benckiser Group Share Schemes/Plans:

Executive Share Scheme:

409 Ordinary shares at £11.186 per share

5,000 Ordinary shares at £15.470 per share

8,000 Ordinary shares at £18.10 per share

1,090 Ordinary shares at £22.57 per share

UK Share Save Scheme:

851 Ordinary shares at £13.71 per share

Following the above transfer of treasury shares, the Company holds 7,505,252 Ordinary shares in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as treasury shares) is 714,863,260.
