Following its announcement on 06 October 2009 Redrow plc ("Redrow") would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 30 October 2009 Redrow's capital consists of 160,018,155 ordinary shares with voting rights. Redrow holds no ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, the above figure (160,018,155) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in Redrow under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
