RNS Number : 0431Z 2 ergo Group plc 14 September 2009 Immediate release: 14 September 2009 2ergo Group plc ('2ergo' or 'the Company') Holdings in the Company 2ergo announces that the Company was informed today that Aviva plc and its subsidiaries have a beneficial interest in 4,396,925 ordinary shares, representing 13.53% of the issued share capital of the Company. 4,210,413 (12.95%) of these shares are held directly and 186,512 (0.58%) are held indirectly. The total number of ordinary shares in issue with voting rights is 32,506,694.
