On 14 October 2009 share awards were granted under the Company's Bonus Share Scheme 2009 in respect of Sports Direct International plc Ordinary shares of 10p to the following Directors and Persons Discharging Managers Responsibilities, as set out below.

The share price used in respect of the awards was £1.00 for the First Bonus Award and £1.25 in respect of the Second Bonus Award, being the price stated in the Rules of the Scheme.

No payment was required for the grant of the share awards. The First and Second Bonus Awards will vest in June/July 2012 and 2013 respectively if the performance conditions and continued employment conditions applicable to them are met.
