Further to the announcement on 15 July 2009, Trevor John Binyon and Steven John Parker of Tenon Recovery, Sherlock House, 73 Baker Street, London, W1U 6RD were appointed as Joint Administrators of Vision Media Group (International) plc.

As a consequence of the appointment of the Joint Administrators, the AGM which was scheduled for 23 July 2009 is cancelled.

The Joint Administrators have received a number of expressions of interest in respect of the business and are currently reviewing the position.
