WIN announces that on 15 September 2009, the remuneration committee of WIN awarded 125,000 new options to Graham Rivers, a director and Chief Executive of the Company pursuant to WIN's established unapproved share option schemes to subscribe for new ordinary shares at an exercise price of 67.5p per ordinary share.
