In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Wellstream Holdings PLC (the "Company") announces that as at 30 October 2009 its issued share capital consists of 99,748,460 ordinary shares of £0.01 each, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 99,748,460.
